OpenAI CEO predicts that humans may develop AGI by 2030, surpassing all humans in IQ

Some time ago.OpenAI CEO Sam Altman made a startling observation in an interview with Nikolai Tangen, CEO of Norwegian Bank Investment Management (NBIM). He believes that humans could develop Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), also known as GPT-10, by 2030, and that thisAIs IQ may exceed that of all mankind combined.

When asked to define AGI, Altman gave his definition, "If and when we can develop a system that can autonomously develop scientific knowledge that cannot be developed by human beings, I will call that system AGI," an observation that reveals his deep understanding of AGI and sets the stage for theartificial intelligence (AI)The development of the organization has shown the way.

This prediction has undoubtedly triggered people's attention and thoughts on the development of AI technology. If AGI can really be realized by 2030, it will have a profound impact on human society. On the one hand, AGI's IQ surpassing that of all humans may bring many benefits, such as solving complex scientific problems and improving productivity. On the other hand, it may also bring some challenges, such as employment problems, moral and ethical issues, and so on. Altman's prediction paints a picture of a possible future for us and reminds us to be vigilant and concerned about the development of AI technology. We need to respond positively to ensure the healthy development of AI technology, and at the same time make full use of the opportunities it brings to promote the progress of society.
