BHP Semiconductor has completed a Pre-A+ round of financing of nearly 100 million RMB led by SAIF, with Chengdu Hi-Tech Ceyuan, Paradise Silicon Valley and other investment institutions. BHP Semiconductor is dedicated to the research of 5G and AI IoT/Mobile Phone/Internet of Vehicles (IoV) core chips and platforms.
