MU Robot Dogs, going down the stairs upside down! Release as Open Source

The latest results from CMU directly allow dogs to learn to jump twice as long as their body lengths, jump upside down, and even go down the stairs upside down. The best part is that, according to CMU, all of these extreme operations are accomplished by a single neural network.
