Ming-Chi Kuo pointed out that ODM manufacturer Wistron is the largest supplier of NVIDIA's CoWoS AI chip substrates in 2024, with a supply weight of up to 85%. Industrial Fortune has obtained orders for the H-series substrates for H200. the unit price of the B100 substrate is higher than that of the H100 by about 10%.
