OpenAI Removes "No Military Use" Clause, Unwinds Defense Order Restrictions

OpenAI removes a ban on the use of AI models. Previously explicitly stated in the AI modeling nice-to-have clause, which prohibits the use of its models for purposes that are likely to result in death or injury, such as "development of weapons" and "military and warfare," is now gone from the clause.
