Microsoft's president:AI could be weaponized and needs human constraints

Microsoft President Brad Smith said in an interview that AI could be weaponized and needs to be restrained by humans. Whether it's the government, the military, or any type of organization that's considering using AI to automate critical infrastructure, I need to make sure that humans are in control and that we can slow it down or turn it off.
