U.S. Commerce Secretary says continue to sell chips to China, not top chips

On CNN's "State of the Union," Raimondo said the U.S. will continue to sell chips to China, but "will never sell our top-of-the-line (artificial intelligence) chips to China We're already a world leader in semiconductor design, and you can see that with the AI chips, we're a world leader in software.
