The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) have recently jointly issued the Action Program for Stabilizing Growth of Electronic Information Manufacturing Industry in 20232024. It encourages increased construction of data infrastructure and artificial intelligence infrastructure to meet the needs of artificial intelligence and big model applications.
