Meta to announce prototype 'over-the-top AR glasses' in 2024

Recently.MetaCTO Andrew Bosworth revealed in an interview that the company plans to show an over-the-top augmented reality in 2024 (AR) eyewear prototype. Described as the most advanced consumer electronics device ever created, the glasses represent Meta's latest breakthrough in augmented reality.

According to Bosworth, thisAR glasseswill be tested internally by a handful of Meta employees starting next year and is expected to provide consumers with a more immersive experience in the coming years.
