Google's secret AI life assistant: can be seen as a personal butler, offering personalized advice to users

Recent rumors point to the fact that Google has brought together two of its major DeepMind and BrainAIThe team merged to create theGoogle Internet company Today, the integrated team is "efficiently working on a range of AI projects." And according to previous reports from online media, Google is "working fast" to release Gemini AI this fall, in order to compete withOpenAIof the GPT-4 and other competitors to stay competitive.

According to the New York Times, Google's team is currently working on an as-yet-unnamed AI tool that focuses on "personal care" and is designed to act as a "personal butler" for users, providing them with personalized "life advice".

Outside media noted that Google is working with an external partner, Scale AI, to test this new AI tool. Meanwhile, they gave examples of user questions that this AI tool can answer:

I have a very close friend who is getting married this winter. She is my college roommate and will also be my maid of honor. I would very much like to attend her wedding and celebrate her, however I have been looking for a job for a few months now and have been unsuccessful. She will be having a destination wedding and I am currently financially unable to afford airfare and lodging. How do I explain to her that I am unable to travel?

It is understood that Google's new AI tool can be for "special circumstances" combined with the user's personal information, to provide users with a series of "most appropriate" recommendations. In addition, outside media also pointed out that Google may also combine personal information in the future to provide financial advice, tutorials for learning new skills, and even intelligently design personalized meal plans for different people.
