Ali Baba, character from The Arabian Nightsannounced that its project DreamTalk is now open source. This project allows photos of people to speak and supports a variety of voice matches including songs, speech in multiple languages, and noisy audio. The open-sourcing of this project means that more developers and researchers can use this technology, add new features to it or improve it.The open-sourcing of DreamTalk will bring new momentum to the development of speech synthesis technology.

DreamTalk consists of three key components: a noise reduction network, a style-aware lip expert, and a style predictor. Experimental results show that by combining the three technologies, DreamTalk is able to generate realistic speaking faces with a wide range of speaking styles and realize accurate lip movements, surpassing existing similar products.
