NVIDIA launches "sky-high" AI chips for China, over $100,000 per chip

According to people familiar with the matter, NVIDIA has begun accepting pre-orders from resellers for the China specialAI chipH20.Sources have revealed that the H20 is not as good as theHuawei (brand)riseAIChip 910B. In recent weeks, NVIDIA has priced Chinese H20 distributors at $12,000 to $15,000 a chip. Some distributors have begun advertising the H20 at a markup of about 110,000 yuan ($15,320).

In comparison, Huawei's Rise AI chip 910B is priced at around CNY 120,000 yuan. In response, NVIDIA declined to comment.
