Tsinghua joins forces with Harvard team to launch LangSplat, a large language modeling system

A research team from Tsinghua University and Harvard University recently jointly released LangSplat, the latest large language modeling system.According to the Arxiv page, this model is based on 3DGS's 3D language field approach and introduces SAM and CLIP technologies, and performs well on open vocabulary 3D object localization and semantic segmentation tasks, which is not only superior to the current state-of-the-art methods, but also 199 times faster than LERF 199 times faster than LERF.

To validate the performance of LangSplat, the researchers used two datasets, LERF and 3D OVS, for testing. The results show that LangSplat achieves an overall accuracy of 84.31 TP3T and 93.41 TP3T on the two datasets, while the accuracy of LERF is 73.61 TP3T and 86.81 TP3T, respectively. This result fully proves the advancement and superiority of LangSplat in the field of large language modeling.

LangSplat's release isartificial intelligence (AI)An important progress in the field, it not only improves the performance and efficiency of large language modeling, but also provides new ideas and methods for future research and applications. In the future, we expect to see more research and applications on LangSplat, and more large language modeling systems being developed for theartificial intelligence (AI)to make a greater contribution to the development of the
