Morgan Stanley launches AI chatbot to provide investors with more accurate investment advice

Morgan Stanley will reportedly launch later this month aartificial intelligence (AI)The chatbot, which was created by a partnership withOpenAIThe company is co-developed to provide investors with more accurate investment advice. The chatbot will be able to listen to conversations between bankers and wealthy clients and, with the client's permission, create meeting summaries, draft follow-up emails suggesting next steps, update the bank's sales database, schedule follow-up appointments and learn how to help advisers manage clients' finances, including taxes, retirement savings and estates.

Meanwhile, bankers can use this chatbot to quickly find research reports or forms without having to sift through hundreds of thousands of documents.
